Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2012 has recommended dividend of Rs 0.80 Paise (40%) per share on 23,82,15,000 Equity Share of Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2012. The dividend so recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2012 will be paid on October 10, 2012.
