Mr. Murlee Manohar Jain has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from December 16, 2013. Further pursuant to clause 47 of the Listing Agreement, Mr. Murlee Manohar Jain, Company Secretary is also appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from December 16, 2013 for the purpose of complying with all the requirements of the Listing Agreements with Stock Exchanges, Companies Act, 1956/Companies Act, 2013 and other allied statutory/regulatory requirements to be handled by the Company Secretary of the Company.
