The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2009 to September 16, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the following: (1) Annual General Meeting. (2) Determining the entitlement of rights equity shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share for every 1 (one) equity share held. Further, the Company has decided to fix the rights issue price at Rs.15/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs.5/- per share).
