Venkatramanan has acquired 1500 shares each aggregating to 0.024% of the total paid up capital of MM Forgings Ltd on February 15, 2007. The mode of acquisition is through Open Market and the shareholding of Mr. Vidyashankar Krishnan after the said acquisition is 462500 (7.66%) of the total paid up capital of MM forgings Ltd and shareholding of K. Venkatramanan after the said acquisition is 470600 (7.80%) of the total paid up capital of MM forgings Ltd. The Company has further informed the Exchange that : Seller Mr. V. Vaidyanathan has sold 3000 shares each aggregating to 0.05% of the total paid up capital of MM Forgings Ltd on February 15, 2007. The mode of sale is through Open Market and the shareholding of Mr. V. Vaidyanathan after the said sale is 3000 (0.05%) of the total paid up capital of MM forgings Ltd
