Results of voting conducted through postal ballot in respect of Postal Ballot Notice dt November 22, 2008 on the Special Resolution u/s 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 for addition in the Objects Clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company and Special Resolution u/s 31 of the Companies Act, 1956 for amendment in the Articles of Association of the Company by adding Article relating to buy-back of shares.
