Proposed transfer of equity shares of the Company on February 23, 2011, inter se amongst the promoters viz. Southern Petrochmical Industries Corporation Ltd. as Transferor and SIDD Life Sciences Private Limited and A C Muthiah, as Transferees. Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited has now informed the Exchange that the transfer did not take place on February 23 2011. SIDD Life Sciences Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the inter se transfer of Manali Petrochemical Limited's shares between m/s Southern Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (Seller) & Dr A C Muthiah, m/s SIDD Life Sciences Private Limited, (Buyers). SIDD Life Sciences Limited has now informed the Exchange that as contemplated the transaction did not take place on February 23 2011. The future date of transaction will be intimated in due course.
