Lyka Labs Ltd had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 21, 2007 decided to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 27, 2007 and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from August 17, 2007 to August 27, 2007 (both days inclusive). The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "The Revised Book Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books is from Monday, the 20th August, 2007 to Monday, the 27th August, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Company proposes to hold the 28th Annual General Meeting on Monday, the 27th August, 2007".
