Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on October 17, 2014 has allotted 115369 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company. Further, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 89,80,83,228 consisting 44,90,41,614 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
