Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2009, have decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register from July 22, 2009 to July 29, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend. The dividend (if declared) shall be remitted through ECS, wherever relevant bank details are available and the rest shall be paid through warrants / Pay orders payable at par, at all major centers.
