Ltd. from Shri Y H Dalmia, Shri R H Dalmia, Smt. Padma Dalmia, Shree Nirman Limited and OCL India Ltd. The mode of proposed acquisition is by way of Inter-se transfer and the date of proposed acquisition is on or after November 17, 2008. The acquisition price per share is at market price except in case of gifts. The shareholding of Mridu Hari Dalmia Parivar Trust after the proposed acquisition would be 68542439 shares aggregating to 51.10% of the shares/voting rights of Landmark Property Development Co. Ltd.
