Exchange has sought clarification from LIC Housing Finance Limited with respect to announcement dated 13-Apr-2017, regarding "LIC Housing Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri Vinay Shah has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Company in the capacity of whole time Executive Director with effect from April 12, 2017 in place of Smt. Sunita Sharma who had tendered her resignation with effect from Close of hours April 11, 2017.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1.
