Exchange has sought clarification from Kopran Limited with respect to announcement vide letter dated July 14, 2015 wherein "Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 14, 2015 approved the Sale of Consumer Care Division with effect from April 01, 2015 along with all its assets and liabilities".On basis of above Company is required to clarify: 1. The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributed by such division during the last financial year;2. Date on which the agreement for sale has been entered into;3. Consideration;4. Brief details of buyers and whether any of the buyers belong to the promoter/promoters group/group companies. If yes, details thereof;5. Whether the transaction would fall within related party transaction ? If yes, whether the same done at Arm s Length.The reply from the Company is awaited.
