Clarification by Kopran Limited Significant price movement has been observed in Kopran Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Kopran Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, Dear Sir,This is with reference to your email NSE/CM/Surveillance/9193 dated 31st March, 2020 relating to the spurt in price movement on the exchanges. In this regard, we would like to bring to your kind attention that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and has not withheld any material information/event which in our opinion would have a bearing on the price/volume behavior on our scrip. The spurt in volume of our scrip /increase in the share price is purely market driven.
