Exchange has sought clarification from Kokuyo Camlin Limited with respect to announcement dated 06-Dec-2018, regarding " Kokuyo Camlin Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Intimation under Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Strike off of Camlin International Limited Wholly Owned Subsidiary'. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25th January, 2018 giving its approval for winding up/ striking off of its wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Camlin International Limited, please be informed that the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide its Notice in Form STK-7 dated 5th December, 2018 has struck off the name of the Company Camlin International Limited from the Register of Companies.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Reasons for closure. 2. Date of closure or estimated time of closure; 3. Amount & percentage of turnover or revenue or income and net worth of the listed entity contributed by such unit or division during the last financial year; 4. Significant increase in volume has been observed in Kokuyo Camlin Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Kokuyo Camlin Limited has vide its letter interalia stated that "there is no such event or any information to be informed to the exchange as per Clause 36."
