Exchange has sought clarification from KIOCL Limited with respect to announcement dated 27-Nov-2018, regarding " KIOCL Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company vide its letter of even number dated November 13,2018 had intimated the cessation of Shri Suvendu Kumar Padhi, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. November 26, 2018 (A/N) and nomination of Shri Pushp Kant Mishra, as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 27,2018. Further to inform that Shri Pushp Kant Mishra has been assigned additional charge of Company Secretary and re-designated as Company Secretary till further orders.
