CRISIL has downgraded the ratings of the Company (The KCP Limited) bank loan facilities and debt facilities to 'CRISIL BBB+ / Stable / CRISIL A2' from 'CRISIL A- / Stable / CRISIL A2+'. The ratings on KCP's fixed deposit programme have also been downgraded to 'FA- / Stable' from FA/Stable.
