Subject to the necessary consents / approvals, the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution passed by circulation, has approved the "JFL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2011". This scheme has been approved with a view to attract, reward and motivate the employees for high levels of performance and contribution to Company's success.
