The Members of the Company have accorded their approval by passing a Special Resolution through a Postal Ballot on September 28, 2015, for change of place of the Registered Office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra .The Company proposes to file an Application before the Regional Director, Northern Region, New Delhi, for seeking approval of alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company in terms of the aforesaid Special Resolution.
