The Company had entered into a Technical and Marketing Assistance Agreement with E. I. Dupont India Private Limited, Gurgaon for technical and marketing assistance in respect of ReliatraN Brand Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers. The first proto type 1000KVA / 11KV / 433V Dry Type Transformer was successfully type tested during the first week of September, 2007 at Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA), Vadodara. We are now pleased to inform that we are entering into a Brand License Agreement with the parent company of E. I. Dupont India Private Limited i.e. E. I. Dupont De Nemours & Company, Delaware, U.S.A. for use of the 'NOMEX' and 'ReliatraN' trademarks. This premium product, Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers, is being officially launched on 15th December, 2007 at Chennai
