As per the recommendations of the Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2012 have approved the the appointment of Mr. Mayur R. Dodhi as an Additional Director of the Company and designated him as Executive Director of the Company with effect from May 28, 2012 to March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on July 25, 2012.

Gupte, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from Company w.e.f 5th April, 2008 and he has been relived from the services of the Company on the same day". Further the Company has informed that "Mr. Subhash M. Mandke has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 7th April, 2008".
