Exchange has sought clarification from Indraprastha Gas Limited with respect to announcement dated 11-Aug-2017, regarding " Indraprastha Gas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2017 has approved the sub-division of exiting one Equity Share of Rs.10/- each into five equity shares of Rs 2/- each subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Rationale behind the split/consolidation; 2. Pre and post share capital authorized, paid-up and subscribed; 3. Expected time of completion; 4. Class of shares which are consolidated or subdivided; 5. Number of shares of each class pre and post split or consolidation; 6.
