Consequent to the above, the Board of the Company has decided to appoint Mr. Himanshu Kapania, currently Director - Operations in charge of all the circles in the South and West, as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2011. Mr. Ambrish Jain, currently Director - Operations in charge of the North and East circles would take over as Deputy CEO on the same day. The above is subject to necessary statutory and other approvals.
