On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Whether the same would fall within related party transactions? If yes, whether the same is done at arms length . 2. Whether the promoter/ promoter group/group companies have any interest in that entity to whom the order(s)/contract(s) is awarded? If Yes, nature of interest and details thereof; The response of the Company is awaited.
