Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014 (1) The Board has approved of a postal ballot and e-voting for passing of certain resolutions relating to appointment of Independent Directors, borrowing powers, creation of charge/mortgage and ratification of remuneration of cost auditor. (2) The Board has also approved of a change in the financial year of the Company to April to March from January to December in line with the requirements of the Companies Act, 201 4.
