Shareholders of the Company have approved, by way of Postal Ballot, the following resolutions: (1) Special Resolution under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956, for confirmation and ratification of Corporate Guarantee issued by the Board of Directors in favour of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. (2) Special Resolution under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956, for fixing the limit of giving loans, guarantees and providing of securities for sum of not exceeding Rs.50 Crores to its subsidiaries. The Postal Ballot Results, were announced by the Chairman of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2009.
