  Disruption of manufacturing operations at our Rohtak unit due to the recent agitation in Haryana. The Company has already intimated the concerned authorities. Based on the preliminary report, the damage is quite extensive as major portion of the Plant, Machinery & Building has been damaged/destroyed by fire set by the agitators. The Company has submitted claim intimation to the Insurance Company. Company are initiating the process to resume the operations of the manufacturing facility which is likely to take some time. In the meantime, Company are also exploring possibilities to continue catering to the customers from the other manufacturing locations.

  Manufacturing operations at Company's Rohtak Unit have been disrupted from February 20, 2016 due to damage caused by agitators at IMT Rohtak, Haryana. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the damage/loss and will take all the necessary steps to restart the operations at the earliest. The Company has necessary Insurance Cover.
