Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI LODR, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 4th August, 2016 to inter-alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2016. In this connection, as per the Company s Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders covered under the code from 28th July, 2016 to 6th August, 2016 (both days inclusive).
