Bharat Investments Growth Ltd., M/s. Shashi Commerci l Company Ltd., M/s. India Texfab Marketing Ltd., M/s. Hindustan Commerce Pvt Ltd., and M/s. Giltedged Industrial Securities Ltd aggregating to 41,00,000 Equity Shares. These pledged shares represent 9.47% of the total paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company as on date (out of the 50.94% held by the Promoter & Promoter Group entities)".
