(2) Ordinary Resolution pursuant to the provisions of Section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956 granting approval for increase in borrowing limits. (3) Ordinary Resolution pursuant to the provisions of Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 granting approval for creation of mortgage/charge on properties of the Company.
