(2) The next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 25, 2009. (3) The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 14, 2009 to August 21, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the payment of dividend. (4) The Board has approved the appointment of M/s V. R. Bansal & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s V. P. Bansal & Co., who have not offered themselves for reappointment. The appointment of M/s V.R. Bansal & Associates as statutory Auditors of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
