Hathway Cable & Datacom Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 21, 2014 to July 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 24, 2014. The Company has now informed the Exchange the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution passed on June 24, 2014, have given their consent, to postpone the date for holding the Annual General Meeting to August 05, 2014. Accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books closure period was also changed.
