Company has acquired the balance stake in the share capital of Hathway Bhaskar Multinet Pvt. Ltd so as to increase its' holding in the said entity to 100% of the share capital. Hathway Bhaskar Multinet Pvt. Ltd, which is presently a Subsidiary is a Multi System Operator with Cable Television distribution networks in the cities of Bhopal, Indore and Jaipur.
