Exchange has sought clarification from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited with respect to announcement dated 01-Oct-2019, regarding "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Workmen Unions at various locations of the Company have given notice of indefinite strike commencing from 14th October, 2019 in support of their demand for fair and early settlement of Wage Revision- 2017. 2. Action is under progress to communicate the Management's stand on the issue to the Unions and requesting them to call-off the plan for Indefinite Strike. 3. This is for your information and record please.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Estimated impact on the production/operations in case of strikes/lock outs;2.
