Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2019. Reg: Cut-off Date for e-Voting for 46th AGM of the Company. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended) and in terms of Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed 20th September, 2019 as Cut-off date to enable the Shareholders to exercise their rights to vote by Electronic means (e-Voting) during e-Voting period on all the Resolutions set forth in the Notice of 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Friday, the 27th September, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. in the premises of the Company at P.O. : Petrochemicals : 391 346, Dist. : Vadodara.As per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the facility of voting through Poll Papers will also be available at the venue of the AGM. The Shareholders who have cast their votes through remote e-Voting, may attend the AGM but shall not be eligible to cast their votes at the AGM.

Update on shut down of plants at Dahej Complex on account of heavy rain. With reference to our Letter No. SEC/SE/2019, dated 5th August, 2019, Letter No. SEC/SE/2019, dated 7th August, 2019 and Letter No. SEC/SE/2019, dated 9th August, 2019. In continuation of our aforesaid letters to the exchange, we would like to update that the operation of balance plants at Dahej Complex have been restored. Hence, all the plants at Dahej Complex are now in operations.

Updates on shut down of plants at Dahej Complex on account of heavy rain. With reference to Our Letters dated 5th August, 2019 and dated 7th August, 2019. In continuation of our aforesaid letters to the exchange, we would further like to update that the operation of Caustic Soda Plant at Dahej Complex has been restored today. With this total three plants that is Anhydrous Aluminium Chloride (AAC) Plant, Phosphoric Acid Plant (PAC) and Caustic Soda Plant (CSL) are now into operation.

SEC/SE/2019, dated 5th August, 2019, informed the exchanges about the shut-down of plants at Dahej Complex on account of heavy rain.In continuation thereof, please further note that operation of Phosphoric Acid Plant (PAC) at Dahej Complex has been restored today. Operation of other plants are still under shutdown conditions.We will update you further upon starting of operation of other plants

Shut down of plants at Dahej Complex on account of heavy rainsDue to heavy rains in short duration of time and water logging in entire Dahej Complex, the Company has, as a precautionary measure, taken shut down of all its plants at Dahej Complex except Anhydrous Aluminum (AAC) Plant, which has been running on emergency chlorine supply through tonners and hot water system. Plants were stopped in safe manner with all due precautions. Dewatering measures are being taken. As per the situation, the restoration of plant operations would take some time. All plants at Baroda Complex are operating normally. We will update you further on the above at the earliest opportunity possible.
