Shareholders of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on July 29, 2013, have approved the appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, as Statutoty Auditors of the Company for F.Y. 2013-14 in place of M/s Rajvanshi & Associated, Chartered Accountants, the erstwhile auditors of the Company as they had expressed their unwillingness to be so re-appointed.
