These stock options were granted in December 2007 at various Exercise Prices, at a discount ranging from 50 paise to Rs.1.25 on the Market Price of Rs.66.55 in case of ESOP 2005 (Re-issue -I) and at an Exercise Price of Rs.59.90 per stock option in case of ESOP 2007 for Key Employees.
