High Court of Judicature at Bombay have approved the amalgamation of Genesys Worldeye Limited (a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company) with the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. The appointed date of amalgamation is April 01, 2010 and the High Court Order is made effective from January 10, 2011.

Vide its letter dated September 08, 2007 that "The Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay vide its Order dated 07th September 2007 has approved the Demerger of Information Technology and Engineering business division of Genesys International Corporation Limited, Demerged Company into GI Engineering Solutions Limited, Resulting Company with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. 01st April 2006".
