Garware Wall Ropes Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "Pursuant to the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25th January, 2008, the Company has taken action today i.e. 9th April, 2008, to acquire 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, i.e. entire share capital of Garware Environmental Services Private Limited (GESPL). Consequently the GESPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Garware-Wall Ropes Limited".
