Spurt in Volume : Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Future Retail Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Future Retail Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "There are no such information/announcement, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the scrip."

With regards to earlier announcement, Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd. has clarified that the Bonus shares if issued and allotted, before the Annual General Meeting, would also be entitled to dividend (including additional dividend of 5% as provided in terms of issue of bonus shares)."
