As per the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares will remain closed with effect from November 01, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive).
