Exchange has sought clarification from Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited with respect to announcement dated 05-Dec-2021, regarding Appointment of Company Secretary, Resignation of Independent Director and proposal of issue of securities through qualified institutions placement on a private placement basis to qualified institutional buyers ( QIBs). On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Brief profile (in case of appointment) 2. Type of securities proposed to be issued (viz. equity shares, convertibles etc.); 3. Total number of securities proposed to be issued or the total amount for which the securities will be issued (approximately); 4. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
