JM Financial Products Limited has released 8,49,500 equity shares on February 07, 2011 and the balance 3,96,744 shares (constituting 1.63% of the share capital of the company) continues to remain pledged with them.8 Feb · Disclosure
JM Financial Products Ltd. had informed the Exchange regarding the pledge of 12,46,244 equity shares being 5.13% of the share capital of Emami Infrastructure Limited in their favour, as required under Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997. The Company has now informed the Exchange vide its letter dated February 08, 2011 that out of the pledge of above shares, 8,49,500 shares have been released on February 07, 2011 and the balance 3,96,744 shares (constituting 1.63% of the share capital of 2,42,98,392) continues to remain pledged.
