Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras has passed an order for the merger of Elgi Equipments Limited and Elgi Industrial Products Limited as per the scheme of amalgamation. In this regard, the Company has also filed Form 21 with ROC, Coimbatore. As per the Scheme of Amalgamation, the Company will allot 7,62,600 equity shares Re.1/- each to the shareholders of Elgi Industrial Products Limited.
