Dynamatic Technologies Ltd. has informed the Exchange that in respect of results for the last quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2009, the Company will publish audited results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter (end of June, 2009) instead of publishing un-audited results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2009 within 30 days of the end of the quarter. Further, the un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 will not be published/given to the Exchange as specified under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement and no such Board Meeting would be held to consider and adopt the last quarter results by end of April, 2009.
