The Company has now informed Exchange that in the said meeting the Board also considered private placement, and / or preferential issue of warrants / securities, and / or issue of preference capital, and / or issue of any other securities, to Promoter / Promoter Group and / or certain identified investors. Such issue / placement and its timing will be subject to market conditions, and necessary shareholders' and regulatory approvals.
