Company has on March 25, 2008 declared the results of the voting conducted through Postal Ballot on the various Resolutions as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 relating to the transactions as detailed in the Notice dated January 28, 2008. The Special Resolutions being Item Nos. 1,2 & 4 and the Ordinary Resolution being Item No. 3 have been approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
