The Board of Directors of the Company has taken on record the resignation of Mr.Satish Godbole as Alternate Director in their meeting held on March 23, 2010. The Board of Directors has also appointed Mr.Satish Godbole as Additional Director on the Board effective from March 23, 2010. Mr.Satish Godbole will be member of Audit Committee and Chairman of the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board.

Mr. Kamalaksha R. Naik has submitted his resignation as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company and the same has been noted and accepted effective from January 28, 2010 by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. A. P. Chen the existing Director as the Non- Executive Chairman of the Company .The Board also appointed Chief Finance Officer Mr. C. M Gaonkar as the Executive Director on the Board subject to necessary approvals if necessary.
