Remuneration Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on August 26, 2011 has decided to revoke the Grant III of 8,50,100 stock options which was approved by the Committee at its meeting held on July 24, 2010 under Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009. The Committee has also approved ESOP Grant IV of 11,62,899 options at price of Rs.72.95 per option.
