Exchange had sought clarification from Deepak Fertilizers And Petrochemicals Corporation Limited with respect to announcement vide letter dated June 23, 2015 regarding "Production of ANP fertilizer has been resumed at the Taloja facility". The Company has clarified that : "The ANP Fertiliser Plant of the Company at Taloja was completely shut from 15th May 2014 due to stoppage of supply of domestic natural gas and the Company has challenged the decision of MoPNG in the Hon ble High Court of Delhi. In view of the matter being subjudice, the Company has been legally advised to refrain from making further statements in the matter".
