In view of restraint order on the company's Bank Accounts, every year the company make an application to Hon'ble Delhi High Court to release funds for holding Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, this year also company have applied for the same, but on hearing date i.e on August 29, 2014, Judge of Hon'ble Delhi High Court could not hold the Court and case has been re-notified for November 14, 2014.It is further informed that u/s 96 companies Act, 2013 company had applied to Register of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana for extension of Annual General Meeting of three months but have been granted an extension for one month only i.e till October 31, 2014. As the extension granted not sufficient for holding AGM, because hearing date Hon'ble Delhi High Court is on November 14, 2014 in which Court will approve the expenses to hold Annual General Meeting. Keeping in view, the company have again applied to Registrar of Company for further extension of two months i.e. till December, 2014.10 Sep · Board meeting
